Endurance Gym

This is a high energy, full body, and all inclusive hour of endurance training. We utilize functional training movements with some light weights and lay heavy on the Cardio! There is always a certified trainer leading the class ensuring strict form is still enforced while moving at a faster pace. This class makes fat cry!

Set to hypnotic Latin dance rhythms, these easy-to-follow routines feel more like a fun night out than a workout class. The classes integrate fast and slow rhythms that have been designed to tone your body while burning fat.
